Adam Clements - Director
Adam has been building for nearly 30 years, earning a reputation for exceptional craftsmanship, attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Over that time, he has developed extensive experience across a broad range of construction methods and architectural styles, giving him the knowledge and confidence to navigate even the most complex projects.
With a passion for fine detail and thoughtful problem solving, Adam is dedicated to fostering a culture where everyone at Integra Quality Homes strives to achieve their best. He believes the building process should be as rewarding as the finished home, working closely with clients to create an enjoyable, collaborative experience that consistently exceeds expectations.
Outside of work, Adam enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Whether hiking, camping or competing at his local archery club, he values the outdoors and the balance it brings to family life.

Glenn Awty - Head Carpenter
Having been part of the Integra Quality Homes team for the past two years, Glenn brings over 25 years of experience, a wealth of knowledge and a genuine passion for quality craftsmanship. With a keen eye for detail and a hands-on approach, he plays an integral role in ensuring the exceptional standards we are known for are consistently upheld by both our team and trusted trade partners.
Outside of work, Glenn enjoys spending quality time with his wife and five children. He is also a passionate supporter of his local community, leading his local football team and sharing his love of the game with the next generation.

Tim Giles - Qualified Carpenter
Having completed his apprenticeship with Integra Quality Homes, Tim has grown into a skilled and dependable carpenter whose calm nature and reliable approach make him a valued member of the team. From the outset, he demonstrated a natural talent for building and a strong commitment to quality craftsmanship, and we look forward to seeing his career continue to flourish with us.
Outside of work, Tim enjoys four-wheel driving, camping, spending time with mates and making the most of the outdoors around the Gippsland Lakes.

Tom Kilmartin - Qualified Carpenter
After completing his apprenticeship with Integra Quality Homes, Tom has become a qualified carpenter whose hardworking attitude, willingness to learn and easy-going nature make him a valued member of the team. Always keen to take on a challenge, he continues to develop into a talented and driven craftsman with a bright future ahead.
Outside of work, Tom enjoys woodworking and spending time outdoors, whether it's riding his motorbike, fishing or taking on his next hands-on project..

Joel Armstrong - Apprentice Carpenter
Now in the third year of his apprenticeship with Integra Quality Homes, Joel continues to build on his skills with enthusiasm, dedication and a strong work ethic. Always eager to learn and take on new challenges, he has become a valued member of the team, and we look forward to seeing him continue to grow into an accomplished carpenter.
Outside of work, Joel enjoys staying active and spending time outdoors, whether it's riding his motorbike, playing football or shooting hoops with friends.
Logan Naus - Apprentice Carpenter
As the newest apprentice at Integra Quality Homes, Logan has quickly become a valued member of the team through his hardworking attitude, eagerness to learn and willingness to get involved. Passionate about developing his skills, he embraces every opportunity to learn from those around him as he begins his career in the building industry.
Outside of work, Logan enjoys woodworking, tackling projects around the house and spending as much time outdoors as possible.
